Fellowship

Students and parents alike enjoy creating deep friendships that support and encourage their family’s decision to home school. Activities are planned to foster the fellowship experience for both parents and students.

Parent Support

By meeting as a group once weekly, parents are able to share life experiences with other home school families. Families from all seasons of life participate, creating camaraderie no matter the age or experience.

Parent-based Teaching

Through knowledgeable parents, SACC elementary students receive additional supplemental teaching to compliment home studies. Secondary students are able to benefit from core subjects taught by educators specializing in particular academic fields.

Christian-based Education

SACC founders have a passion to serve home school families by offering classes taught through God’s Word and His world! You will see this reflected in our course selections for your student.

Welcome to SACC!

Piloted in 2002, South Arlington Christian Co-op was begun by Maggi Philips and Teri Riley, who have been home educating their children since 1987 and 2001, respectively. It was founded to serve families in the south Arlington and Mansfield areas, although we have enjoyed receiving families from as far as Temple and Abilene! We are pleased to offer exciting Academic and Elective courses for 1^st through 12^th grade, and also class instruction for Pre-K and Kindergarten.

Meeting Information

During our two 12-week semesters, we meet each Friday from 8:15 to 12:55 at Eden Road Community Church, 7000 Matlock Road, Arlington, Texas 76002. Our semesters run from September to November, and from January to April, taking the week of Spring Break as a holiday.
