PROCEDURES & INFORMATION
Each family pays a building fee of $75 per semester.
In addition we charge a registration fee of $15.00 per family per semester. Both of these fees will be collected at registration along with the cost of the classes.
Once the six weeks prior to start date deadline is reached, all registration and class fees are NON REFUNDABLE .
To register, your oldest student must be 8 years of age by September 1st.
If you are interested in ordering a SACC t-shirt please do so at registration. We only order t-shirts at the beginning of each semester. T-shirts are $10.00.
If you would like to help in one of your children's classes, have any physical restrictions or have specific preferences, please note them on your registration form, we try to accommodate as many requests as possible.
Spring 09 Classes begin - January 9th, and runs through April 3rd, when we will have open house at Eden Road from 7- 9 p.m.

There are four class periods each 55 minutes long. A loud horn announces the time for class change. We have a 20 minute break between class #2 & #3. Children eat their snacks in their 3rd period classroom.
Each morning will begin promptly at 8:15 with announcements, pledge, worship and prayer. We believe that this time is important to our day as we worship and seek God together for His blessing on our time at co-op. We ask that all families arrive on time (if not early) and are physically and spiritually ready to begin so as not to distract or disrespect others.
Each child needs to bring a backpack or bag to hold all books, folders etc. Each child should bring a pencil/pen, colored pencils, (6th and below) glue stick, scissors, notebook paper, and any additional supplies assigned by class teachers.

Adults and children 1st grade and up are required to wear name tags at all times in a visible location. If name tags are lost there will be a charge of $3.00 to replace them. We suggest you leave your name tags in your tub each week.
Each family is assigned a portion of the building to clean. Clean up is from 12:55 to 1:20. After completing cleaning assignment please see assigned closer to have your job checked off. In order to expedite cleaning you may want to bring your vacuum from home. Children first grade and above are expected to help their parents with cleaning. Child care will be provided for children 5 and younger.
We sell snacks in the "Snack Shack" which is manned by the older students. They take turns taking the money for snacks. The snacks range in price from .25 - 75 cents.
We have a reward system called "Crown Cash". Each child receives up to 4 crown bucks for each class. The bucks are given for: 1. Bringing supplies to class, (scissors, glue stick etc.) 2. Participating in class, 3. Obeying and being polite in class, 4. Coming to class prepared (homework, reading assignment complete etc.)
Every fourth week, during snack time, we have a store where the children can purchase candy and toys with their bucks.
Lunch at Cravens Park is optional. It is a good time for fellowship for the Mom's and play time for the children. If the weather is bad we go for fast food with a play area.
